How much does shipping cost?

Most products have a flat rate shipping of $20 per order. This means that if you add 5 products to your cart, you'll only be charged $20 for shipping within most of Canada as long as your total order is less than $200.

Additional charges may be required for shipping to rural and remote areas including Nunavut and NWT.

 

How do I qualify for free shipping?

If you spend $200 or more (before taxes), shipping on most items is free. Oversized/overweight items are excluded from this offer.

What is specialized shipping?

Items that are particularly large or heavy, do not qualify for $20 flat rate shipping. Instead, shipping your order will cost a flat rate of $40, regardless of how many items you add to the cart. (Such items do not qualify for free shipping when you spend $200 or more.)

 

How does custom quote shipping work?

Extremely large or heavy items (think a safe) might require a custom quote for shipping. At checkout you'll see the option, and we'll contact you shortly after with a quote for the shipping cost. At that point you'll be able to accept the quote or reject without a charge being made to your credit card.

 

Do you ship outside Canada?

We don't. But if you are an American customer, feel free to get in touch as we might allow for selected exceptions.  Please note that the brands MSR, Platypus, SealLine, Therm-a-rest and PackTowl are not eligible to be sold and shipped outside of Canada from our site.

 

How long does it take for my package to arrive?

We usually ship out packages from Armstrong, BC within 24 hours. It then typically arrives within 3 - 8 business days, depending on your location and time of the year.

 

What is required for In Store Pick Up?

If you select In Stork Pick Up on your online order, you will receive an email notification letting you know when the order is ready for pick up.  We require the cardholder/purchaser to pick up the order and to provide government issued picture ID that matches the order details.  We also require a signature upon pick up.

Do you accept returns?

We accept returns for most items within 30 days. Whether you are unsatisfied with the product or simply changed your mind, just ship it back to us and we'll issue a full refund for the item (excluding shipping).

Selected items do not qualify for returns. These include sale items, underwear, electronics, firearms, ammunition, and maps.

 

What happens if the item arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 3 days of its arrival and we'll make it right for you.

 

What should I do if I have a warranty issue?

Please contact us as soon as possible and we'll work with the manufacturer to ensure your satisfaction.

 

I never received my package!

You should have received a tracking number when we process your order but if not, please contact us for it.  It can take 2 weeks from the time you ordered for the package to arrive. If you still haven't received your package then, please contact us and we'll work with our courier to determine what happened.
