Built using authentic U.S. blueprints (often on machinery sourced from Winchester), the Beretta M-1 features the classic .30-06 Springfield chambering, an 8-round en bloc clip capacity, and the iconic "ping" upon ejection.

Key Features and Markings
- Danish FKF Stamp: Receivers are stamped with a Danish crown over FKF (Forsvarets Krigsmateriel Forvaltning, the Danish Defense War Materiel Administration) along with the rifle's serial number.
- Beretta Proofs: These were built by Pietro Beretta in Rome. Their receivers and internal parts feature the PB (Pietro Beretta) stamp, making them distinct from Springfield or Breda (BMR) contract rifles.
- Military Furniture: Typically configured with a three-piece military walnut or birch stock set, traditional adjustable peep sights, and a milled trigger
