  • Model & Action: Winchester Model 64 (solid-frame lever-action rifle based on the Model 94 platform).
  • Caliber: .30 W.C.F. (Winchester Center Fire, commonly known as .30-30 Winchester).
  • Stock & Grip: Deluxe checkered walnut pistol-grip stock featuring hand-checkering, a pistol grip cap (hard rubber or steel depending on the exact sub-year/spec), and sling swivels for a deer-rifle carrying setup.
  • Butt Plate: Checkered steel shotgun-style butt plate.
  • Sights: Receiver or tang tapped for optional peep sights (such as bolt-mounted or tang-mounted apertures) with standard sporting open sights.
  • Design Purpose: Built as an upgraded, specialized deer and big-game hunting rifle succeeding the Model 55, combining the smooth-cycling heritage of John Browning’s Model 1894 action with factory-upgraded walnut and checkering.
